I started in the Israeli Telco Unit, decoding signals for over 3 years.
Then I turned to decoding people.
With 3 degrees- BSc in Cognitive Psychology, Business and MBA in Org Behavior, I joined a European corporate VC to help Fortune 500s adopt breakthrough tech.
After working with 20+ enterprise teams across 3 continents, I saw the same pattern:
